This machine utilizes the relatively high-speed operation between the movable disc and the fixed disc, so that the materials are crushed under the impact of the gear disk, the friction and collision of the materials with each other. The pulverized material can be directly discharged from the grinding chamber through the discharge port, and is usually collected by a long cotton bag. The size of crushing depends on the variation of different mesh sieves. The machine is simple and sturdy in structure, stable in operation, quick and uniform in grinding materials, and good in effect. This machine is made of food grade stainless steel. All notches of the casing (crushing tank) are precision machined with smooth surface and easy to clean. It has changed the phenomenon that the inner wall of ordinary crusher is rough, easy to accumulate and difficult to clean.
