Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer
Vibrating fluidized bed dryers are widely used in the drying, cooling, and humidification of powders in the chemical, light industry, medicine, food, plastic, grain and oil, slag, salt, sugar and other industries.
Principle:
The material enters the machine from the feed port. Under the action of the vibration force, the material is thrown forward continuously in the horizontal direction. After the hot air passes through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with the wet material, the wet air passes through the cyclone separator and is discharged from the exhaust port. ; Dry materials are discharged from the discharge port.

Features:

1. the equipment drying time is short, the general effective ingredients will not be destroyed.
2. adjustable weir plate is set at the discharge port, by adjusting the height of the weir plate, you can control stayed drying time of the material so as to make sure that final water content of materials meets the requirements.
3. perforated plate adopts back pressure process to ensure flatness of perforated plate, to avoid the deadline in the process of material running.
4. there are multiple wind inlet to the lower bed, so that the hot air through the material layer is more uniform.
5. the whole electric heating treatment is applied to the lower bed after its completion of production, eliminating the welding gravity, improving the strength of the bed, thick-walled seamless tube is applied to the internal to strengthen the evenly vibration force.
